The Being New Zayed project is LMD's first expansion into west Cairo, designed to bring together living, work and commercial services in a single destination spanning around 150 feddans. Town Office Villas
The attached office villas come in a middle model of around 551 m² and a corner model of roughly 560 m². The corner model usually gets more frontages, while the middle model offers a different price point while keeping the core office functions.
Terrace Offices
Offices with terraces start from around 82 m², and other models appear at 98, 102 and 135 m². These units suit professional clinics, consulting offices and small and medium-sized companies, subject to the uses permitted within the building.

The payment plans include:
